Ranked plans, built on real constraints
For every request, Traikr proposes up to three ranked plans — trainer, room and date — checked against subject matter expertise, availability, room capacity, working days and public holidays. Prefer to build it yourself, or import a programme from Excel? The same checks apply.
See delivery risk before it lands
The Operations Centre flags what needs attention in priority order — unassigned or double-booked trainers, rooms over capacity, sessions on public holidays, outcomes not yet recorded — so problems surface before the day, not on it.
Handle disruption without starting over
When a trainer becomes unavailable or a room is lost, Traikr offers only the trainers and rooms still eligible for that session. If none are left, it ranks alternative trainers, rooms, dates and times — favouring the least disruptive fix.
